7-Day Works-As-Shown Guarantee

The guarantee

Every template is a digital product that is delivered instantly, either as a Lovable remix link or as a download. If your template doesn't work as shown in its live demo and I can't fix it, you get a full refund. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to ask.

When you get a refund

If you ask within 7 days of purchase, you will get a full refund when:

• You were charged twice, or charged by mistake.
• The template won't remix or load, or doesn't work as shown in its live demo, and I can't fix it within 2 business days after you let me know.
• You never received your remix link or download.

When refunds don't apply

Because templates are delivered instantly and can be copied, I can't offer refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving your remix link or download.

For done-for-you setup, the setup work is non-refundable once I've started on it. Before work starts, the template itself is covered by the same rules above.

How to request a refund

Email me at contact@bluegrassdigitalforge.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. I'll reply as soon as I can, usually within 1 business day.

Approved refunds are issued right away through Stripe, our payment processor, to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me before filing a chargeback. Most problems can be sorted out quickly by email. If a chargeback is filed without contacting me first, access to the purchased templates may be removed while it is reviewed.
